Continuum Hotel in Teton Village Wyoming

We had the incredible opportunity to have a kid-free getaway for a few days this summer and we chose to escape the heat and head to the mountains. Grand Teton National Park is quite possibly our favorite national park, and we love the surrounding area. However, it can be challenging to find somewhere to stay nearby the park.

We chose to stay in Teton Village, which is only a few miles outside the Granite Canyon Entrance Station. It was a perfect spot to be close to the park and also close to essential amenities. I loved being able to enter the park from this station, which is very small and requires a short stretch on a dirt road because there was never a line to get in!

Teton Village also has some great restaurants, cafes, horseback riding, gondola rides, a kids camp, mountain biking, a playground, rock climbing, shopping, and of course, skiing in the winter at Jackson Hole Resort in the Village. While Teton Village is small, it’s packed with fun and totally walkable! It’s surrounded by the Four Seasons and other expensive resorts. But we loved Continuum because it’s a very modern, clean hotel in an affordable price range.

Continuum has multiple room options that sleep up to 6 people, which is such a nice option when we’re traveling with our four kids. We are almost never able to find a room for 6. The largest room at Continuum has two king beds and a sofa bed and includes a kitchenette. And even better, Continuum is pet-friendly! So we will definitely be bringing our pup next time we come.

We loved having a gas fireplace in our room. Even in the summer, the nights can get chilly in the mountains, and it felt very romantic. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable, while still proving extremely stylish with their modern-western decor.

It was also a game-changer to have a kitchen in our hotel room during this trip. There are good restaurant options in Teton Village, but they’re not all cheap, and I do get sick of eating out on vacation. We stocked up on fruit, cheese, and other goodies at the nearby Whole Foods in Jackson, just 15 minutes down the road, and snacked on those throughout the day.

Continuum also has a bar and grill as part of the hotel and even a huge pizza oven! It was great to order some appetizers and drinks to go and eat in our room.

I always appreciate a hotel that chooses to be more sustainable and eco-friendly, and not use single-use plastics, and their large Lather brand soaps, lotions, and hair products were great and smelled so good!

Continuum has a fantastic modern-looking swimming pool and the biggest hot tub I have ever seen! I loved relaxing by the pool and reading, swimming laps in the morning, and soaking in the hot tub at night. I bet in the winter, after a long day of skiing, that giant hot tub would be so welcome!

We had a great stay at Continuum and would definitely bring the kids (and puppy) back for another stay when we visit the Tetons. Please let me know if you have any questions about this hotel, I’m happy to share.
